Current Need
McKesson's Corporate Strategy and Business Development (CSBD) team
is seeking to add a Director , CSBD Operations who is responsible
for all aspects of managing CSBD department operations, including
but not limited to financial planning and budget ing , team
engagement and communications, work process management, and the
executi on of initiatives and events to support our "Great Place to
Work" efforts . Successful candidate m ust be very detail oriented
, have a track record of driv ing multiple workstreams
independently, and possess excellent written and verbal
communication skills .
In this high visibility, high responsibility role, this individual
will support the VP of Enterprise Strategy & CSBD Operations and
the EVP / Chief Strategy & Business Development Office by leading
the day-to-day operations of the department . In addition, this
individual will support presentation material development for the
McKesson Board of Directors and Executive Operating team, as needed
. This individual will manage a team of two.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay
philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable
regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as
an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$144,200 - $240,300
