Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $24–$28/hour based on experience •
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Temp-to-Hire, W2 ROLE IMPACT
As a Loan Processor – Production Specialist, you will guide
potential borrowers through the end-to-end loan packaging process,
ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication with
lenders. This role is key to securing competitive financing
proposals for clients and requires a strong grasp of SBA loan
procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a
deadline-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage full
loan lifecycle from initial packaging to funding completion •
Advise clients on loan program requirements, timelines, and
documentation needs • Prepare and submit detailed loan request
packages for lender review • Maintain accurate records and ensure
data integrity for credit approval • Liaise with lenders,
franchisors, and consultants to represent client interests MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years’ experience in operations, legal, finance,
or insurance-related roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
Adobe platforms • Strong analytical and communication skills •
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume
environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Outlook) • Adobe Acrobat • Salesforce (preferred) PREFERRED
SKILLS • Familiarity with SBA loan structure and SOPs • Ability to
review business plans and credit reports • Experience with
