Representative for Alternative Investments. This vital role focuses
on managing and growing our portfolio of alternative investments,
including real estate, hedge funds, private equity, and
commodities. This position is designed for individuals who
demonstrate deep market knowledge and exceptional client service
skills, aiming to enhance our investments' strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the investment
process, from due diligence to deal closure and ongoing monitoring.
Evaluate and analyze alternative investment opportunities. Monitor
existing investments and recommend changes to enhance portfolio
performance. Maintain detailed knowledge of market conditions and
trends. Collaborate with financial analysts and other stakeholders
to align the alternative investment strategy with overall business
goals. Prepare and present detailed reports on alternative
investment performance to senior management. Ensure compliance with
all regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Strong
analytical and quantitative skills Proven expertise in financial
modeling and asset valuation Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to operate with a high level of
autonomy Professional judgment and discretion in handling
