Inergroup is hiring for an Office Clerk - Data Analyst in Paris, TX. As an Office Clerk - Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations team by providing general administrative support, generating insightful reports, and conducting data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Weekly pay starting at $25 - $30/hr and great benefits available!

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Conduct data analysis using various software tools to extract meaningful insights and trends from datasets.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis findings.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
