are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape and Lawn
Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. The Crew Lead will oversee
a team of landscape technicians and ensure that all maintenance
operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest
standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to
customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a
team of landscape technicians in performing various lawn care and
maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning,
fertilizing, and weed control. 2. Follow daily work schedules,
assign tasks to crew members, and ensure timely completion of all
projects. 3. Train new crew members on proper equipment operation,
safety protocols, and landscaping techniques. 4. Monitor and
maintain equipment inventory, ensuring that all tools and machinery
are in good working condition. 5. Conduct regular inspections of
work sites to assess quality standards, identify areas for
improvement, and address any issues or concerns. 6. Implement best
practices for sustainable landscaping practices, such as water
conservation and organic pest management. 7. Adhere to all safety
regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for
crew members and clients. 8. Assist with other landscaping projects
and duties as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of
experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year in a
leadership or supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of landscaping
techniques, plant care, and horticultural practices. Proficiency in
operating landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers,
trimmers, blowers, and pruners. Strong leadership skills with the
ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Valid driver's
license and clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in
various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed. Must
