• Works on multi-function and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve company and customer goals
• Creates and reviews FAA and Military project certification plans
• Creates and reviews FAA and Military project compliance reports
• Tracks and reports certification project status and budgets
• Works to influence others to accept practices, concepts and approaches to show compliance to FAA regulations and military airworthiness criteria
• Communicates with parties within and outside of the organization, which includes customers or vendors
• Participates in process improvement initiatives and offers ideas for aspects of the ODA and company business that need improvement -Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with aircraft system design and integration -Preferred Additional Skills:
    • Existing DoD SECRET Security Clearance
    • Demonstrated experience with FAA and Military airworthiness certification
    • Demonstrated experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams
