This position reports to KCNA Baby & Child Care Quality Sr Manager,
with a dotted line relationship to the Site/Facility Manager. The
position is the Manager of the facility Quality Team, and serves as
part of the Site leadership team. The position leads the
establishment of facility objectives for quality, and ensures
systems are in place to deliver quality results and meeting
internal and regulatory standards. The position supports the
achievement of facility objectives for safety, quality, delivery,
cost and people.
The Quality Manager manages other team leaders/teams with direct
accountability Quality Control (QC), and directly manages personnel
responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management
Systems (QMS). Team includes a variety of salaried and hourly
roles.

to the Sr Quality Manager.
