- As Senior Product Manager for Mobile at Contentsquare, you will
drive forward our plans to be the leader in Mobile App analytics.
Your major focus will be on delivering best in class mobile capture
and analytics experiences to our customers. We are in a position
where we are able to adjust the role's scope to your proficiencies
- whether that is more on the mobile data capture side, or on the
customer facing analytical insight side. Some responsibilities of
the role will be to:
- Innovate and Create: Develop brand-new customer outcomes for
our Mobile Analytics product line. Identify and drive new analysis
mobile app customers are yearning for, bringing new value to an
underserved market.
- Understand Users Needs: Embrace data and deeply understand our
users through leveraging Heap Product Analytics (yes, we taste our
own soup!). Drive continuous product discovery and research with
customers, partnering with Design to iteratively improve mockups
based on feedback.
- Experiment First: Leverage experimentation, breaking down
projects into achievable milestones to effectively iterate to the
best solution.
- Strive to Delight: Collaborate with Design to ensure you're
building easy-to-use, self-service, and delightful experiences for
our customers.
- Ruthlessly Prioritize: Weigh up development tradeoffs, focusing
on delivering product outcomes that drive key metrics of adoption,
retention, and engagement.
- Be the Evangelist: Distil development strategy into actionable
roadmap plans, and effectively communicate them to the wider
Engineering, Product and Design group. Drive open communication
channels with wider field facing teams.
- Launch with Flair: Run go-to-market motions for new product
offerings, collaborating with product marketing to create
compelling external promotion as well as internal enablement
material. What you'll need to succeed
- Over 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager in an
agile, cross-functional product team
- Proven experience in developing B2B SaaS products for
enterprise customers, driving business impact with a proven track
record for customer facing delivery
- A data-informed approach to product management and
prioritization, relying on data for your decision-making and for
quantifying the potential impact of an initiative
- An ability to approach topics with systems thinking,
simplifying potentially complex collaborative product workflows in
order to deliver concrete customer outcomes
- Experience in leveraging Product Analytics solutions (eg Heap,
Amplitude, Pendo) and Digital Experience Analytics solutions
(Session Replay, Heatmaps) is a plus
- Experience in delivering mobile application related products
and services is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective
collaboration and communication across teams
- A mindset that prioritizes Minimum Viable Product principles,
working backwards from key customer outcomes to drive the largest
business impact
- A drive to understand the customer through continuous customer
discovery and user research, at all stages of the development
lifecycle
- A keen eye for usability and aesthetics, ensuring that product
experiences are user-friendly, simple, and visually appealing
