They provide leadership, direction, and long-term vision to the Ops Strategy & Design department, working with the EVP of Operations and other peers to align departments with enterprise objectives. This role is strategic, modernizing operations while maintaining our low-cost advantage in the airline industry.Additional Details:

      • Collaborate with the EVP of Operations to develop and implement strategic direction, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
      • Identify capabilities needed for future vision, balancing long-term planning with immediate operational issues.
      • Lead initiatives to modernize operations and support design and implementation efforts.
      • Support cost reduction initiatives through policy and process improvements.
      • Manage projects across operational groups, ensuring alignment and communication.
      • Transform performance analytics to provide strategic insights for leadership.
      • Serve as the Safety and Security Management representative for the OS&D department.
      • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
        • Strong influence and leadership across the organization.
        • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve complex problems.
        • Excellent communication skills, including presentation to executive levels.
        • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
        • Change leadership and servant leadership mentality.
        • Flexibility in working hours and availability for emergencies.
        • Understanding of operational processes and analysis techniques.Education:
          • Required: High School Diploma or GED.Experience:
            • Experience leading teams, directly or indirectly.
            • Advanced business acumen.
            • Preferred: Project, portfolio, strategy, analytics experience, and data storytelling.Licensing/Certification:N/APhysical Abilities:
              • Work from a desk or office for extended periods.
              • Communicate effectively in English.
              • Use computer and office tools proficiently.Other Responsibilities:
                • Maintain a professional appearance.
                • Meet U.S. work authorization requirements.
                • Be at least 18 years old.
                • Adhere to attendance and confidentiality standards.
                • Travel may be required, including overnight stays.
