Software.Your responsibilities include engaging with senior clients
in the High-Tech Software (HT-ST) sector in the USA, developing
strategic relationships, and identifying opportunities for
transformation leveraging our capabilities in technology, digital,
analytics, and AI. You will architect transformation programs,
leveraging our industry-leading practices, and manage a portfolio
as part of our Industry Advisory Team.This senior role reports
directly to the Global Advisory Leader of our High-Tech Software
Practice.Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with key HT-ST clients to
understand their priorities and provide strategic
recommendations.
- Bring advisory expertise to elevate client outcomes and
offerings.
- Manage relationships at the CXO level across buying
centers.
- Drive growth within a portfolio of $10-$35M through partnership
with sales and existing relationships, and identify new
opportunities.
- Create and implement strategic roadmaps and growth plans for
key accounts.
- Stay informed on industry trends to add value and accelerate
growth.
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise.
- Identify opportunities to expand Genpact services and develop
scalable digital offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and
industry advisories.
- Translate transformation visions into detailed requirements and
execution plans.
- Lead the full lifecycle of team management, including hiring,
onboarding, performance assessment, and development.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Manage employee relations and build a community within the
team.QualificationsMinimum:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in STEM, supply chain,
accounting, analytics, GenAI, or data management.
- Experience in leadership roles within consulting organizations,
driving transformation for large organizations.
- Expertise in the HT-ST sector, preferably in the USA, with
domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Risk Management,
Technology, or Centralization.
- Understanding of technology, digital, and analytics
trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience with collaboration, facilitation, and influencing at
the C-level.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred:
- Advanced degrees in business, finance, supply chain, analytics,
engineering, or data management.
- Project management and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Market connectivity for lead generation.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black belt).Additional

annually, with actual offers based on experience, location, and
