an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Cost Controls
Specialist (Grade P3) to join out growing team! This position will
be supporting the Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain (OSC)
Finance organization supporting the LTAMDS (Lower Tier and Missile
Defense) programs. This person selected for this role will be a
valued member of the either the Operations Finance or Material
Execution (ME) Team, supporting the East Operations of the Land and
Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. As a member of the OSCQ
Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing the operations and/or supply chain financials. Scope of
work includes (EAC) development, monthly variance reporting, and
weekly analysis of cost runs. This includes participating in the
control of costs and schedules on contracts that utilize product
based EVMS through APEX/SAP EV management reporting tools. You will
be required to perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that
contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters. The
ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team
environment, supporting both the functional organizations as well
as ensuring program financial commitments are met will be
fundamental to success in this role. Business management covers a
wide set of requirements, and a successful candidate will need to
show flexibility in job abilities and strong communication skills.
What You Will Do Support the creation of Estimate at Complete
(EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs, risks and
opportunities at the Program/Mission Area Level. Perform detailed
financial analysis for both total program and mission area cost
elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to
Budget baseline and EAC positions. Prepare program financial
forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and
forecasts. Support the preparation of cost estimates for new
business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in
developing rationale for basis of estimates. Development and
maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP Budget
preparation and maintenance. Monthly Earned Value reporting in
compliance with DFARs and in accordance with the Raytheon 10255
policy. This includes monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs),
Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
updates. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years
prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
and minimum 3 years experience Experience with financial analysis.
Experience Microsoft Excel (advanced skillset preferred) Experience
using SAP Qualifications We Prefer R6Sigma/CORE Certification
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certification Production,
Operations, Supply Chain or IMS driven EV Proficient with APEX/SAP
EV, APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse
Self-Starter highly motivated individual with a positive “can do”

maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
