Job Description:
The RN position offers a Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
schedule with no holidays or weekends. Responsibilities include
delegating, supervising, and providing age-appropriate nursing care
based on the nursing process. Participates in research and
integrates findings into evidence-based practice, contributing to
quality improvement efforts. Adheres to mission, vision, values,
legal standards, and professional ethics. Qualifications include
Illinois RN licensure, current CPR certification, with wound care
certification preferred. Preferred experience in medical/surgical,
home health, or wound care. Must be capable of patient
positioning/transfers, standing for long periods, and performing
complex manipulative skills.
