Job Summary Our Medical Technologist performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory.   • You will perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
  • You will maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
  • You will maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
  • You will assist with laboratory training programs as required.What qualifications you will need
    • Bachelor's Degree is required
    • Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Certified Medical Lab, or Certified Lab Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or American Medical Technologist is required
    • At least one year experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Medical City Arlington is a 435+ bed full-service hospital located in south Arlington.
