Job Description Shift/Schedule – Full Time Nights 3/12 hr.
shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Requirements- Min of 2 yrs. ICU RN
experience ICU Patient Population: Medical and Surgical, Trauma,
Neuro, Sepsis, Cardiac, Vascular Patient Ratios: 1:2 Number of
Beds: 16 beds Department Specifics: Daily shift team huddle and
shift reports, bedside shift reporting, purposeful rounding,
multi-disciplinary rounding, provide clinical support to different
departments (Code Team, Rapid Response Team, Staff Training and
Education, Floating), Diversity and Inclusion projects, Unit Based
Employee of the Month, Birthday celebration and more, Unit Practice

Role - A deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards,
as well as procedures. - Know nursing laws, rules, standards, and
guidelines in your area. Understand hospital procedures and rules.
