Federally Qualified Health Center · ASAP, Pending credentialing ·
Schedule: M-F, Half day on Fridays · Treating all ages, primarily
adults · 15-28 Patients per day, based on desire · 30-minute new
patients, 15-minute medication management/follow-ups · Bread and
Butter office-based procedures – Splint, Laceration, etc… ·
In-House Lab, Pharmacy Onsite, Procedure rooms · X-Ray, Radiologist
onsite · Payors mix: 33% Medicaid, 23% Medicare, 33% Insurance, 11%
