Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • 13-week assignment starting ASAP • 1 years of experience required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Patient ratio of 6:1 on a 25-bed unit with average daily census of 8 • No call requirements • No floating required • Experience required with IV starts and medication management • Scope of role includes patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, admit/discharge procedures, and patient and family education • Auto offers only - no interviews required • Scrub color requirement: any solid shade of blue • Electronic medical record system: Cerner • RTO blackout dates: December 15 - January 2 • Blocked schedule may be accommodated if included in submittal Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical and surgical services to the community with a focus on quality patient care.
