76063 Job Description: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
to gather data on health status and needs. - Develop and implement
individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical
diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately as
prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. -
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting
care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. - Provide
education and counseling to patients and their families about
health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care
