Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an X-ray Technologist for night shifts in a diagnostic radiology unit, requiring ARRT, CT ARRT, and BLS certifications. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Position is in a diagnostic radiology unit - Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday - 12-week assignment - Must be able to perform venipuncture for contrast injections - Work environment may include mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment - Holiday coverage may be required depending on schedule - Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers /n /n Requirements/n - Current ARRT-R and CT ARRT certifications required - Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required - Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited program - Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required - Proficiency with mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment required - Venipuncture certificate with proficiency in IV starts for contrast injections required - Familiarity with State and Federal regulations required - At least 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred - Proficient computer skills required - License required if applicable /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-620497.
