Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: BLS and SAMA certifications required. Must-Have: - Epic charting experience. - Travel experience required. Description: The position requires a registered nurse specialized in behavioral health. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include caring for adult patients with various psychiatric disorders. Patient care involves working within a long-term care framework for conditions such as major depressive disorder, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more. Candidates must be proficient in using the Epic charting system. Patient ratios on the unit are expected to be 1:15. Floating between behavioral health units is required. Support services include physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. SAMA and CPR training will be provided upon hire.
