The Orthodontic Manager supports a Specialty Team by providing proficient, trustworthy dental services and care to patients, and effectively and efficiently communicating with team members to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position will be reporting directly to the Specialty Regional Manager and will play an instrumental role in the guest experience for Ideal Dental. Responsibilities Greet patients with a smile Answer phones and schedule appointments with a positive attitude Maintain flexibility regarding scheduling changes , communicating changes to patients and staff Work to maintain full schedules and maintain office schedule flow Collect balances and verify insurance when needed Present accurate patient treatment plans, determine insurance coverage & patient financial responsibility for procedures, assist with insurance pre-authorizations and review finance options with patients Review upcoming schedules and audit accounts as needed Coordinating patient check in and check out Perform all duties relating to supporting the office Overseeing schedule of staff/doctors/patients Motivate the Orthodontic Team to ensure daily/weekly/monthly revenue goals Manage Orthodontic front office and back-office staff Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development of Endodontic Team Complete reports as needed in an accurate and timely manner All other duties assigned What do you need to have to be a part of our team?
