Position Highlights ? Mixed ICU setting: MICU / SICU / CCU / ICU ? 1:2 patient ratios (Days & Nights) ? Epic charting REQUIRED ? Community hospital with strong interdisciplinary support ? Great opportunity for experienced ICU travel nurses Requirements Minimum 2 years ICU experience Previous travel experience – REQUIRED Comfortable with high-acuity ICU patients Teaching or community hospital experience preferred Ability to float as needed Weekend rotation: Every other weekend Certifications BLS – Required ACLS – Required NIHSS – Preferred TNCC – Preferred Key Skills & Experience ? Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia management ? Multisystem organ failure management ? Ventilator & respiratory support (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC) ? ABG interpretation & suctioning ? Titration of cardiac & vasoactive drips ? Continuous IV & procedural sedation ? Central lines, PICCs, arterial lines ? Blood product administration ? Stroke/CVA management ? IV insulin protocols ?
