Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a
dedicated and skilled PRN Radiology Technician to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality
radiologic care to patients while ensuring their comfort and
safety. You will operate sophisticated medical imaging equipment
and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to
deliver top-notch medical services. This position offers the
flexibility of a PRN schedule, providing a unique opportunity to
work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment across our
extensive network of facilities. Perform diagnostic imaging
examinations using X-rays, CT scans, MRI, or mammography equipment.
Ensure all operating imaging equipment is maintained and safe,
adhering to regulatory and departmental standards and protocols.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient care
plans and medical imaging needs. Enhance the quality of patient
care through effective communication and proper handling during
procedures. Maintain patient records and radiologic history,
ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Proficiency in operating imaging equipment Strong patient
management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively
in a team environment Detailed knowledge of safety protocols and
regulatory requirements in medical imaging Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Radiologic
Technologist (CRT) Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Registration with
the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
