Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in the provision of home healthcare
services, is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our
team. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide direct
nursing care in a one-on-one setting in our patients' homes during
day shifts. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate individual
passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients,
enabling them to improve their health and well-being in the
familiar surroundings of their own home. Provide direct patient
care as prescribed by the patient's physician. Assess, plan, and
implement patient care plans in a home setting. Monitor patient
health status and respond to varying care needs. Administer
medications and maintain detailed health care records. Educate
patients and their families on disease prevention and home health
management. Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and
maintain confidentiality. Proficient in nursing practices and
principles. Adept at managing multiple patient needs efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with medical
software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment. CPR
certified. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
