Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment where patient care comes first without the constraints of private equity-driven decision-making.

You will work alongside a supportive team of physicians and CRNAs, delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical settings while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Evaluate patients medical history and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Base Pay Range: $575,000 $650,000 per year
• Strong W-2 salary + stipends

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active or eligible for Texas medical license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
