Associate Responsibilities: Lead community outreach efforts to
connect residents with affordable communication services and
improve access to digital tools Execute sales presentations with
the goal of enrolling new customers Track outreach progress through
data collection and analysis, ensuring goals are met and strategies
are continuously improved Collaborate with the customer service and
sales teams to share insights from the field and improve
promotional strategies Assist in identifying new outreach
opportunities to expand our impact Help develop strategic plans to
grow the outreach program and increase participation in local
events and services
