This role focuses on developing advanced AI systems and integrating them into cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies. This position requires a blend of technical AI expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for pushing technological boundaries within the defense industry. Lead AI projects from conceptualization to deployment in defense systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions. Stay abreast of recent AI research and potential applications within aerospace and defense. Design and implement machine learning models tailored to specific project needs. Ensure the ethical use of AI in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers. Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) for deploying AI models. Strong analytical skills with a track record of handling large-scale datasets. Familiarity with AI application in robotics, simulations, or autonomous systems.
