Experience representing plaintiffs in premises liability matters such as: slip & fall, negligent security, & recreational liability would thrive in this role. What You Need for this Position - JD from an ABA-accredited law school - 3 years of Litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury or Premises Liability - Barred in TX - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
