Competitive pay rates Leadership role overseeing crew members Operate production machinery Maintain quality and precision Perform preventative maintenance Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services What you'll do as: Production Lead Operator Operate production machinery according to specifications Maintain logs and records of production Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot and adjust machine lines Work Experience The preferred candidate should have: Experience in leadership roles Strong problem-solving skills? Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations Experience in production equipment operation Ability to interpret and translate designs and documentation Trains and enforces compliances on established best practices with all personnel Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and debug the equipment and production lines required in house or at the customer's facility Basic computer and data entry skills Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations, to include LOTO and GPI’s 7 Safety Absolutes Visual color discrimination, the ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of colors Ability to work under minimal supervision Strong leadership skills responsible for overseeing a production team , ensuring safety, quality standards are met, and maintaining operational efficiency. Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner Benefits Every Onin Staffing job comes with amazing Teammate Benefits.
