Candidates Responsibilities Include:
Skills and knowledge that are essential to performing day-to-day
Restaurant Marketing Leader duties. Level of proficiency does not
always dictate % of time spent on the following skillset.
Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities, establish goals, and
create a plan to achieve results Ex: Develop plan from goals, track
Operations: Understand how marketing and operations work
Ex: Talent, scheduling appropriate labor, replenishing
Analytics: Analyze Restaurant data and Customer insights to
inform areas of opportunity Ex: Sales, product mix, redemption
rates, Customer behavior, etc.
Digital Engagement: Extend Brand System and Chick-fil-A
Hospitality to digital platforms
Ex: Internal Systems, social media, online Customer reviews,
tracking results, etc.
Leadership: Assist and partner with Operator in overall business
Ex: Manage marketing team, set goals and delegate marketing
tasks among team, etc.
Innovation: Bring new ideas to life through original and
imaginative marketing efforts
Ex: New ways to connect with the community, provide personalized
Activations: Build creative materials and implement marketing
initiatives Ex: Events, food distribution, etc.
