Job Description Job Description Jiffy is seeking an experienced
Affiliate & Creator Marketing professional to own and scale our
Creator Partner / Content Affiliate Program as a core growth
channel. This role will be responsible for driving incremental new
customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships with
creators and publishers, moving the business from product-led
growth to marketing-led, demand-creating growth. You will design
and execute a creator-centric affiliate strategy focused on
education, inspiration, and “how-to” content that builds trust,
creates upstream intent, and delivers measurable, profitable
growth. This role blends strategy, execution, analytics, and
partner management, and will play a critical part in building a
durable, scalable growth engine at Jiffy. This role follows a
hybrid work model with a requirement of a minimum of three (3) days
per week onsite . Employees should expect to work regularly from
the office to support collaboration and business needs. Key
Responsibilities Partner with internal teams (marketing,
merchandising, analytics, legal/finance) to ensure accurate
tracking, attribution, fraud prevention, and timely payments. Own
affiliate tooling and infrastructure (networks, tracking platforms,
link/code attribution), and continuously improve measurement
quality. Own channel forecast, targets, and quarterly roadmap.
Coordinate with finance team to ensure timely payouts. Analyze
program performance and prove incrementality through testing,
cohort analysis, and holdout experiments. Optimize the program
against core success metrics: CAC, payback period, LTV by cohort,
content velocity, and assisted conversion lift. Act as the internal
subject-matter expert on creator economics, content-driven
acquisition, and performance partnerships. Requirements Basic
Qualifications 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing,
creator partnerships, performance marketing, or growth marketing,
ideally in e-commerce or a high-growth startup environment. Direct
experience managing content-driven or creator-led affiliate
programs (not just coupon or deal affiliates). Strong understanding
of attribution models, tracking links, promo codes, and
performance-based compensation. Proven ability to recruit and
manage large numbers of external partners at scale. Analytical
mindset with hands-on experience measuring CAC, LTV, cohort
performance, and incrementality. Experience building processes in
operationally complex environments (onboarding, enablement,
compliance, payouts). Excellent communication skills, with the
ability to influence creators and internal stakeholders alike.
Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling a demand-creation
affiliate or creator program from zero or early stage. Background
in content marketing, SEO, or social/video growth, especially in
education- or hobby-driven categories. Familiarity with fraud
prevention strategies specific to affiliates (self-referrals, code
leakage, attribution gaming). Experience working with affiliate
platforms and creator tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, ShareASale,
Refersion, custom builds). Comfort operating in ambiguity and
building structure from scratch in a fast-moving startup. Strong
instinct for creator incentives, content quality, and long-term
brand trust. Passion for enabling small businesses, creators, and

base compensation for this role is expected to range from $130,000
to $160,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on a
variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications,
and overall fit for the role. Total compensation may include base
