EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS--- Perform general maintenance tasks of all facilities including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials in various forms of maintenance activitieso Includes basic electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, metal fabrication, etc.--- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job--- Complete basic duties inclusive of maintenance equipment operation to accomplish tasks required of projects--- Updates repair procedures for future use and to communicate project status--- Utilize power tools, hand tools, mowers, tractors, shovels, welding tools, cutting torches and various safety devices to complete work orders--- Identify maintenance repair opportunities and safety concerns, work to eliminate/fix, escalate to Maintenance Supervisor if additional resources required--- Complete required paperwork on time and correctly--- Other duties as assigned KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe primary areas of responsibility include:--- Repairs--- Maintenance--- General Housekeeping REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good understanding of Conveyor's, Gearbox's, Compressor's, Pneumatic valves, Pulleys, Shafts & Bearings, Electric motors, Blowers, Dust collectors, Load cells, Vibrators. Basic math, electrical, plumbing and hydraulic skills--- Excellent hand-eye coordination, comfortable working at high elevation and can problem solve by looking and listening--- Ability to work as a team member and follow through with scheduled tasks and instructions--- Able to use a wide variety of hand tools and troubleshoot repairs EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE--- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred--- At least one year of related experience TRAVEL REQUIREMENT--- May be required to travel to various company facilities to perform maintenance activities PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.--- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to various weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures and rain/snow conditions.--- Employee constantly uses fine motor skills, gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, coordination, near/far vision and requires active hearing/listening.--- Employee frequently stands, walks, sits, kneels, bends, lifts up to 50 lbs, carries up to 50 lbs, pushes, pulls, and utilizes manual dexterity.--- Employee occasionally climbs and crawls.--- Employee is exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes and aggregate materials.--- Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats. Additional PPE required if performing special jobs.
