Currently, The Sterling Group manages over $9.4 billion in assets.Job Summary:The HVAC Residential Installer will perform and apply technical skills and knowledge associated with installing and changing out Heating / Ventilation / Air Condition systems for residential retrofit customersDuties & Responsibilities:Performing on-site replacement of HVAC systems.Troubleshooting installation problems and providing appropriate level repairs.Using experience and technical skills with system operations to determine calibration requirements.Advising the management team of any install concerns or complications and identifying the necessary corrective measures to be taken.Working in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and care.Working in a safe manner, ensuring all safety measures are taken, at all times.Performing other duties, as necessary or assigned.Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.Qualifications:2 to 6 years hands-on HVAC ExperienceEPA Certification, requiredValid Texas driver's license AND acceptable driving recordAbility to maneuver and climb laddersModerate lifting (up to 100 pounds)Complete pre-employment drug test and background check processesTechnical aptitude to perform HVAC installations and to troubleshoot new equipmentExcellent customer service skillsProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalSolid electrical and mechanical diagnostic skillsAbility to complete the appropriate paperworkAbility to oversee the installation and work independent of othersSelf-motivated to complete assigned tasks within target time constraintsValid TDLR cardNATE certification a plusBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insuranceFSA with debit cardEmployer-paid Short-Term Disability (STD)$20K in life insurance and $20K AD&D insurance401(k) employer matchPaid VacationPTOPaid HolidaysAnnualized reviews for merit increasesPotential for advancementRequirements:PI0f3903caf012-25660-37666207
