• Leverage SAP S/4 Transformation experience and project management skills to lead and motivate teams, providing technical leadership in controls, security, and IT/GRC risk solutions.
• Drive new business development and identify opportunities within existing engagements.
• Lead talent initiatives, coaching and motivating teams.
• Manage relationships at the executive level and act as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within time and budget constraints.
• Handle project issues and escalations across multiple projects.To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 7-8 years of related experience.
  • Experience leading SAP S/4 HANA transformation programs.
  • Understanding of SAP controls and business processes.
  • Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, application security, and segregation of duties.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • A valid US driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Ideally, you'll also have
    • Previous consulting or client service experience.
    • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA/ERP implementations.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, RICS).
