Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in providing workplace uniforms
and protective work wear in the U.S., Europe, and Canada, is
looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our
dynamic sales team. As a part of our Sales & Business Development
department, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach
by delivering tailored uniform and facility service programs to
businesses of various sizes. Your efforts will directly contribute
to sustaining and enhancing our reputation for service excellence
and reliability. Identify and target potential new customers
through effective market research and lead generation. Present,
promote, and sell UniFirst's products and services based on
customer needs and requirements. Establish, develop, and maintain
positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer
leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking. Achieve
agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate
sales efforts with team members and other departments. Supply
management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and
services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in
the uniform rental and facility services industry. Proven ability
to negotiate and close deals. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity
with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive
business professional relationships. Highly motivated and
target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Adept at time
management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales training
certification (preferred). Familiarity with CRM software
(advantageous).
