Job Description Job Description Eliot Management Group (EMG) is seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Training Coordinator to lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs for our salesforce. This role will be instrumental in equipping sales representatives and managers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in the field. The ideal candidate brings a passion for learning, a strong understanding of sales environments, and the creativity to produce engaging video-based training content that resonates with a modern sales audience. This position partners closely with sales leadership to proactively identify emerging needs and ensure training initiatives align with field priorities and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement engaging training workshops for sales representatives and managers Create compelling video-based training content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvement Facilitate instructor-led training sessions on EMG’s sales methodology, services, and benefit offerings as needed Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps, emerging trends, and relevant training topics Ensure alignment between training materials and organizational goals and sales priorities Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Experience 3–5 years of experience in sales training, learning and development, or a related role Experience developing video-based or digital learning content. Experience with systems such as Go Animate, Vyond and or Adobe Premiere a plus!
