Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Granbury, TX Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,223 to $1,417 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical - NIGHTS City/State: Granbury, Texas Shift: 18:45-07:15, Nights Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: Registered Nurse needed for night shift in the Medical Surgical unit. The position involves providing professional nursing care to assigned patients in a 40-bed unit with a 6:1 patient ratio. Experience in Med Surg is a must. Responsibilities: Provide patient care in compliance with medical standards and safety protocols. Document patient data and changes in condition. Administer medication and monitor responses. Requirements: Valid RN license BLS (AHA or ARC) and ACLS (AHA or ARC) certifications 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing Travel experience preferred Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN A
